It finally seems that our personal lives are getting back to normal! Restaurants and public places are opening and many with few to no restrictions. Businesses are still facing new realities every day. Two of our biggest suppliers had catastrophic fires this year (wood and paint). Add to that, widespread material shortages (for us, wood, paint, steel screens, cardboard and so on), price spikes and other inflationary forces and it seems like the pandemic is still making its way through our economy. In the short term are doing our best to hold our pricing where it is.

We are grateful to be back at work and to have the support of our amazing customers. Our team is like a family and care deeply about the work that we do. It brings us so much joy and meaning to our lives to know that people love and support our work.

At the end of the day, we have ourselves and our health. We also have you to thank. We hope that you are safe, healthy and happy too!

As a team, all we can do is thank our loyal customers for supporting us and US manufacturing. Our world and our country have faced so many challenges and hardships this year. Even if you haven't been directly impacted by any of the crises, the psychological burden of living through this period in time has come at significant cost.

At Fichman Furniture, it has brought our tightly knit team even closer together. For us, it has been a year to stay focused, stay positive and do our part to help each other. We know a radiator cover isn't a big part of your life, but we're doing our best to make the world a better place through what we do best.

We are working full-speed-ahead on all of our custom radiator covers. To preserve a clean and safe working environment, that means taking some extra time to sanitize work areas, shared surfaces and various equipment. It also means respecting social distancing and spreading working areas further apart from where they normally would be. We are also limiting how many employees can be in certain parts of the facility at any moment in time.

These extra precautions unfortunately add a "time cost" to our production. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and want to emphasize how much your support means to us.

Now more than ever, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts for supporting American manufacturing. When you support us, you are supporting our community and a long chain of local suppliers - our paint, wood, hardware, metal screens and even cardboard are all sourced locally and help to keep our economy strong. In our personal lives, you are helping us by ensuring our job security and even our healthcare during these times of economic uncertainty. We are ever grateful for your continued support.

Our talented production team uses N95 masks as personal protective equipment in our daily production. These are the very same masks that help protect our front-line healthcare workers and are in short supply. We have decided to donate unopened boxes of our N95 masks to a local hospital. In these times of need, it is critical that we all do our part to help our community.

With the recent COVID-19 health crisis, all employees that are able to work from home are doing so. That includes our all-star customer service and support! Essential roles are hard at work preserving physical distance and added workplace hygiene routines.

Since we custom craft each of our covers we are experiencing a small delay. We are working hard to fulfill your orders as soon as possible while working around revised schedules and workplace layout to maintain a safe work environment. Orders for our stock sized radiator covers purchased from Lowes are currently shipping within a few days.

Our design, measuring, and support team are eagerly available for help with measuring, ordering, or updates via phone or email. You may still design, quote and order radiator covers right from the comfort of your home.
